James Cagney and Bette Davis sparkle with a fun chemistry together. Good story with the usual string of great character actors. Cagney pilots a plane that crashes in the desert with Davis on board. She's the spoiled rich kid and he's the working stiff tangled up in a Ghost Town off the beaten track. It's one of those, boy meets girl, girl hates boy, boy rescues girl, and you know the rest. There are no gangsters or overacting just entertaining start to finish.
